Order Processing:
Most orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt. Processing time does not include weekend days or holidays. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays).
We currently ship only to the US and Canada. Most (but not all) orders are shipped via UPS Basic and are delivered with 10 days. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped by air. Please allow for additional time for orders to Canada.
Return Policy:
All products must be returned within 30 days of purchase for credit. Credit will be issued to the same credit card to which they were purchased.
Shipping charges or processing and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds must include the packing slip and all original packaging materials.
