Which "City" Girl Are You?
Are you a Carrie, Miranda, Charlotte or Samantha? Four “regular” women recently had the opportunity to find out which Sex and the City style best fits them when they participated in an episode of TV Guide Channel’s The Fashion Team. As special guest commentator for the episode, Rusk spokesperson Nancy O’Dell brought in Rusk hair artists Naz Kupelian and Jenniffer Bailey.
After Jenniffer found four makeover candidates and Naz designed a Sex+City look for each of them, Naz and Jenniffer prepped the models. During the next day’s filming, Naz and Nancy discussed each look and how to maintain it.
“The four ladies thought it was really cool to be on TV, and they all had a blast,” Jenniffer reports. “We gave them some Rusk products and the Rusk CTC blow dryer and flat iron. They went home happy!”
Naz feels the show encouraged women who want to look good but cannot afford Carrie Bradshaw’s pricy dresses or $500 Manolo Blahnik shoes. “When your hair is done nicely, you can pull off a great look because your attitude changes,” he says. “Good hair gives you a whole new demeanor.”

Apply a few Rusk Deepshine Drops along with Rusk Wired and Rusk Thick. Then blow-dry the hair, spray the Flat Iron Spray and curl with a curling iron.

After applying a little bit of Deepshine Oil, Thick and Wired, style with the Rusk W8less Flat Iron.
"CHARLOTTE"
Apply Deepshine Oil with Rusk Plumping Mousse and a small amount of Wired. Dry hair with the Rusk CTC blow-dryer, and use the W8less Flat Iron to add body and wave.
"SAMANTHA"
Use Deepshine Oil and a little Wired, and then flatiron the hair with the Rusk CTC STR8 Iron.
Get the Look!
Naz and Jenniffer added Deepshine Oil to each model’s Deepshine color formula, rubbed a few drops of the oil onto their hands to do the blow-dry and sprayed Rusk Thermal Flat Iron Spray before using any hot tools.

Nancy O’Dell and Neve Campbell hang out until they’re called to the set of Scream 4.
